Shipping policy

UK delivery
We offer free delivery across the UK mainland.
For Scottish Highlands, islands (including Isle of Man) and Northern Ireland, delivery costs can vary by courier zone, so the exact price will be shown at checkout.
If you’d like a quick quote before ordering, just message me and I’ll happily check. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Dispatch times

  • Non-personalised items: usually dispatched next working day.

  • Personalised / made-to-order items: allow 3–7 working days for production before dispatch.
    If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll email you.

Delivery options & costs

  • Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout and depend on weight, size and destination.

  • Expedited options may be available; choose at checkout.

  • Some services include tracking or delivery confirmation—we’ll email your tracking details (where applicable) once shipped.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and start from the dispatch date. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, strikes or events beyond our control.

Address changes & safe places

  • Please check your address carefully. We can’t amend orders once they’ve been processed or dispatched.

  • If you request delivery to a safe place or with a neighbour, responsibility for the parcel passes once the carrier marks it as delivered to that location.

Missed deliveries / returned parcels

If a delivery is missed, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address, uncollected items, or delivery refused can be re-shipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus the original delivery cost for change-of-mind orders. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Split shipments

Orders containing both in-stock and personalised items may be shipped together when all items are ready. If you need separate shipments, contact us—additional postage may apply.

Click & Collect / appointments

We’re an online store. Warehouse visits are by appointment only. Collection may be available on request—please email before ordering.

Damages, loss or wrong item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email info@whiskerysour.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can put it right.
