3) Products, pricing & availability
-
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
-
We try to display colours and details accurately; minor variations may occur.
-
We may change prices, correct errors, or decline/cancel orders (for example, if an item is unavailable or payment can’t be authorised). If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
4) Orders & payment
-
An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation.
-
We take payment using secure third-party processors. By paying, you authorise us and our processor to charge the total shown at checkout.
-
If you need to change delivery details, contact us quickly—changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.
5) Personalised & made-to-order items
-
Personalisation (embroidery/engraving, custom colours, names, etc.) is produced exactly as provided by you. Please check spellings and options carefully.
-
Once production has started, orders can’t be changed or cancelled unless required by law.
-
Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty (see Returns).
6) Shipping & delivery
-
Dispatch times: next working day for non-custom items; up to 7 days for personalised items.
-
Delivery estimates at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees.
-
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we receive full payment.
7) Returns, refunds & cancellations
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Key points (summary only):
-
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (excludes personalised goods and certain items).

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return for eligible non-personalised items (unused, in original packaging).
-
Faulty/incorrect items: we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8) Pet safety & use
Always supervise pets when using our products. Inspect regularly and discontinue use if damaged. Our products are not chew toys unless explicitly labelled as such. We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care/safety instructions.
9) Reviews, user content & acceptable use
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you:
-
grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and share that content for marketing; and

11) Intellectual property
All site content (logos, text, images, designs) is our property or used with permission. You may not copy or use it without written consent, other than as necessary to use the site.
12) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to the above, we’re not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses; or (c) delays or failures due to events outside our reasonable control.
13) Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to communications related to your order.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place your order applies to that order.
